Google Policies

Passwords change ever 90 days.  You will be prompted to do so at the next sign in attempt following the expiration of the previous 90 day cycle.  You may not reuse a password you have previously selected.

Two Factor Authentication (2SA) will be activated on Thursday.  This means that you must authenticate your log in attempt with your cell phone for each new device you sign into Google.

You must personally enroll into 2SA.  To do so, click your Seacrest logo on the upper right of your screen, then click manage your Google account.

Click Security on the left side.

Scroll down to How you sign into Google. Click 2-Step Verification. Follow the prompts and add your desired phone #.

Never share your password.

Do not leave your password written on a sticky and attached to your laptop or nearby for someone to easily spot.

Do not leave your laptop signed in unattended.  Always lock your MacBook or Windows computer if you are going to walk away, no matter how short of period of time it may be.

For Mac:  Hold Command+Control+Q

For Windows:  Hold Windows Key+M

For Chromebook: Click the clock, then the padlock.
